CORA Group adds a leading strategy execution platform, trusted by businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits worldwide, as Spider Strategies continues to operate independently under its existing leadership.

ARLINGTON, Va. — [6, November 2026] — CORA Group, a portfolio of Jonas Software, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU), today announced that it has acquired Spider Strategies, Inc. (“Spider Strategies”), the developer of Spider Impact®, a leading strategy execution and performance management platform.

Founded in 2003, Spider Strategies built Spider Impact® into a platform that brings strategic plans, KPIs, initiatives, dashboards, and reporting together in one system, so every team can see how its work connects to the organization’s goals.

Spider Strategies is also moving quickly on AI. Its October release, Spider Impact 5.9, puts an AI analyst inside every scorecard and lets customers connect ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft 365 Copilot to Spider Impact, so they can ask about their strategy in plain language and get answers drawn from their own data.

Customers span defense and national security, governments around the world, education, healthcare, banking and finance, and the nonprofit sector, across more than 50 industries.

Spider Strategies will continue to operate independently under its existing leadership team, with its brand, products, and customer relationships unchanged. Customers and partners can expect continuity in day-to-day operations, including support, account management, and the security and protection of customer data.

“Spider Strategies is exactly what we look for: software that organizations run their strategy on, a globally loyal customer base, and a team that has earned its position by putting customers first,” said Jumana Dholkawala, Portfolio CEO at CORA Group. “What makes it exceptional is that Spider is already putting AI to work on customers’ own data while keeping that data in the customer’s control, an area where many software companies are still planning. We buy to hold forever. For Spider’s customers, that means a permanent owner and a platform that keeps getting better.”

“Spider Strategies has always been focused on helping organizations execute strategy more effectively,” said Conor Crimmins, President and CEO of Spider Strategies. “Joining CORA Group gives us additional long-term resources and operational support while allowing us to continue serving customers with the same focus, expertise, and commitment they rely on today. We’re excited about what this enables for our customers, our team, and the future of the platform.”
