David Rennard

David leads learning and development (L&D) for CORA and its acquired businesses. His top priority is enabling the performance and career advancement of senior leaders in each business CORA has acquired. Before CORA, David worked in the foodservice and consumer packaged goods industries. He's grateful to have worked in a variety of settings, including small restaurants, large manufacturing plants, and a global corporation of 90,000 employees. His roles in line management, line HR, and corporate training have taught him that managing people may be the most valuable skill in the world, as practically none of the world's progress and production is possible without it.
